Amanvari seeks a Welcome Team Agent to deliver discreet, ultra-luxury hospitality from arrival to departure. You will warmly greet guests, assist with luggage, escort them to accommodations, and guide them through resort services with professionalism and confidentiality.

This role requires English and Spanish fluency, a customer-centric mindset, and flexibility to adapt to changing schedules in a pristine Baja California Sur setting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or equivalent.
• 2 years of previous experience in luxury hotel operations.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Spanish.
• Flexibility with work schedule changes.

Responsabilidades

• Create a warm, personalized, and effortless arrival experience, welcoming every guest with genuine hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Receive, handle, transport, and deliver guest luggage with care, efficiency, and discretion, ensuring proper identification and timely delivery.
• Accompany and escort guests to their villas, rooms, or designated areas, providing clear and personalized guidance regarding the resort’s facilities, services, and amenities.
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively respond to requests, offering thoughtful assistance before it is requested whenever possible.
• Coordinate and support guest transportation services, ensuring a punctual, comfortable, and seamlessly organized experience to and from the resort.
• Attend to special requests and provide assistance throughout the guest journey, coordinating with Guest Services, Resort Host, and other departments to ensure timely follow-up and a seamless overall experience.
• Receive, safeguard, and deliver guest correspondence, packages, messages, and personal belongings, maintaining confidentiality, security, and discretion at all times.
• Maintain constant and effective communication with Guest Services and other departments, sharing relevant information regarding guest arrivals, departures, requests, preferences, and special needs.
• Maintain vehicles, arrival areas, the lobby, porte-cochère, and designated Welcome Team areas to impeccable standards, ensuring that the resort’s first and last impressions consistently reflect the standards of an ultra-luxury property.
• Bid farewell to guests in a warm and personalized manner, ensuring a seamless departure by coordinating luggage and transportation, while creating a memorable final impression that reflects the essence and philosophy of the resort.
