Amanvari in Cabo San Lucas seeks a Resort Host – Night Shift to provide discreet, anticipatory service overnight, ensuring guests experience a sanctuary of peace and comfort. The role emphasizes privacy, attention to detail, and seamless coordination with other departments.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in ultra-luxury hospitality, fluent English, and a calm, solution-focused approach to unexpected situations, including Night Audit familiarity.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years in ultra-luxury hospitality or related roles.
• Fluent English; other languages are an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and discretion; able to work independently at night.
• Familiarity with Night Audit procedures is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver personalized and anticipatory service during the night.
• Protect guest privacy and wellbeing with discretion.
• Conduct nighttime rounds of villas and resort areas to ensure order and readiness.
• Coordinate nighttime guest requests including amenities, in-room dining, housekeeping, transportation and special arrangements.
• Prepare environments for rest and ensure rooms reflect guest preferences.
• Complete shift handovers with preferences, discrepancies and incidents for seamless continuity.
• Support overnight operational and financial closing processes, including Night Audit.
