Amanvari welcomes a Welcome Team Agent to deliver warm, discreet, and highly personalized service to guests from arrival through departure. You will create effortless arrivals, escort guests to accommodations, and coordinate with departments to ensure an ultra-luxury experience.

Role requires fluency in English and Spanish, a hospitality mindset, and flexibility with schedule changes. Prior luxury hotel experience is preferred as you help guests feel valued throughout their stay.

Formación

• Fluency in spoken and written English and Spanish.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or equivalent.
• Or completed high school.

Responsabilidades

• Create a warm, personalized arrival experience with genuine hospitality and attention to detail.
• Receive, handle, transport, and deliver guest luggage with care, efficiency, and discretion.
• Accompany and escort guests to villas, rooms, or designated areas with guidance on facilities and amenities.
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively respond to requests with thoughtful assistance.
• Coordinate and support guest transportation services for punctual, comfortable experiences.
• Attend to special requests and coordinate with other departments for seamless guest journeys.
• Receive, safeguard, and deliver guest correspondence, packages, and belongings with confidentiality.
• Maintain constant communication with Guest Services and other departments regarding arrivals, departures, requests, and preferences.
• Maintain arrival areas, lobby, and Welcome Team spaces to reflect ultra-luxury standards.
• Bid farewell with a warm, personalized departure experience.

Conocimientos

Bilingual English/Spanish

Educación

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
