Amanvari, Aman Group's beachfront retreat in Mexico, seeks a Spa Receptionist to be the first and last contact in each guest's spa journey. This role embodies calm, care, and discreet hospitality, managing reservations, recommending treatments and products, and maintaining a pristine reception and retail area.

As a key member of the Spa team, you will collaborate with Therapists, Wellness, and management to ensure seamless operations and highly personalized service, helping guests disconnect

Formación

• College degree or current student status; wellness or hospitality background preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in a luxury hotel, resort, or spa environment.
• Spa receptionist/front desk experience in a high-end setting is an asset.
• Solid understanding of spa and beauty therapies, including guest recommendations.
• Familiarity with health, hygiene, and safety protocols in wellness/spa.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Opera, and spa management software.
• Retail knowledge and sales skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, calm, discreet, and detail-oriented under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional, personalized guest service from arrival through departure.
• Provide knowledgeable guidance on spa offerings and upsell treatments and products.
• Manage spa reservations and appointments using management systems.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and treatment histories.
• Coordinate with Spa Therapists and Wellness teams to ensure smooth flow.
• Support spa retail operations with inventory control and stocktaking.
• Ensure accurate billing for spa services and retail transactions.
• Maintain a serene, well-presented spa environment reflecting luxury standards.
• Uphold safety and hygiene procedures; participate in team meetings and training.
