Andes Global Trading LLC is seeking a U.S. Domestic Logistics Manager to enhance and manage domestic logistics operations. The ideal candidate will build a structure for scalability while ensuring timely delivery of products. This fast-paced role requires leadership skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.

Applicants should have over 5 years of experience in domestic logistics, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and fluency in both English and Spanish.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in domestic logistics and supply chain operations.
• Proven track record in managing freight operations including FTL and LTL.
• Ability to negotiate rates and manage carrier relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all domestic logistics operations including transportation and cold storage.
• Oversee U.S. Freight operations, ensuring timely delivery and cost management.
• Negotiate contracts and rates with transportation providers.
