Connect Group N.V. is seeking an Import / Export Logistics Specialist to support import, export and domestic logistics operations. You will coordinate shipments, ensure documentation accuracy, and maintain compliance with customs regulations in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with brokers, forwarders, carriers and internal teams to monitor shipments, optimize processes, and provide timely operational updates and reports to stakeholders.

Formación

• 2–4 years of logistics operations experience in import/export and domestic transport.
• Experience with customs brokers, freight forwarders, carriers, and logistics providers.
• Knowledge of import/export, customs, and international shipping documentation.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and monitor import, export, and domestic shipments for timely delivery.
• Prepare, review, and manage shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, certificates, B/L, AWB).
• Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and carriers for clearance.
• Maintain shipment tracking and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Support logistics cost monitoring and identify process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company procedures.

Join our Supply Chain team as an Import / Export Logistics Specialist and play a key role in supporting our import, export, and domestic logistics operations.

Your Responsibilities

As an Import / Export Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring logistics activities while ensuring compliance with customs regulations and internal procedures.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating and monitoring import, export, and domestic shipments to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
• Preparing, reviewing, and managing shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, Bills of Lading (B/L), and Air Waybills (AWB).
• Coordinating with customs brokers, freight forwarders, carriers, and logistics service providers to ensure smooth shipment execution and customs clearance.
• Maintaining accurate shipment tracking and providing operational updates and reports to internal stakeholders.
• Supporting logistics cost monitoring and identifying opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable customs regulations, international trade requirements, and company procedures.

What We're Looking For

• Technical Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, International Trade, International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in logistics operations, import/export processes, and domestic transportation.
• Experience working with customs brokers, freight forwarders, carriers, and logistics providers.
• Knowledge of import, export, customs, and international shipping documentation processes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Languages

• Spanish: Native or professional proficiency.
• English: Intermediate to Advanced level (B1-B2), with the ability to communicate effectively with international logistics partners and stakeholders.
