We are looking for a highly organized and proactiveSupply Chain & Logistics Coordinatorbased in Mexico to manage our international and domestic logistics operations.

This role will be responsible for overseeing shipments from our manufacturing partners in China through final delivery to our customers in the United States. You will work closely with factories, freight forwarders, warehouses, customers, and our internal team to ensure every shipment stays on track.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain visibility of production schedules with our factories in China, including production start dates, QC inspections, completion dates, and shipment readiness.
• Coordinate international ocean and air shipments from China to the U.S.
• Request and compare freight quotes from multiple forwarders and negotiate competitive rates.
• Coordinate pickups, bookings, customs documentation, and required shipping paperwork.
• Track shipments from factory departure through final delivery.
• Coordinate deliveries from U.S. warehouses to our customers.
• Proactively communicate shipment status, ETAs, delays, and delivery details to customers.
• Keep our internal team informed of production and logistics milestones.
• Maintain organized records of shipments, freight costs, documentation, and delivery status.
• Work closely with warehouses regarding incoming inventory and outbound customer shipments.
• Research and develop relationships with new freight forwarders, carriers, and logistics partners.
• Identify opportunities to reduce freight costs and improve shipping timelines and processes.

What We're Looking For:

• 2–4+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding, import/export, or a related role.
• Experience coordinating international shipments, ideally between China and the United States.
• Understanding of ocean freight, air freight, customs documentation, and domestic transportation.
• Strong written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proactive and resourceful—you don't wait for someone to tell you a shipment is delayed.
• Comfortable communicating with factories, freight forwarders, warehouses, customers, and internal teams.
• Experience working remotely and independently is a plus.

Schedule:Full-time

Compensation:Starting atUSD $1,500/month, depending on experience.
