HBX Group is seeking a detail‑oriented Content Translator/QA specialist to ensure our product content meets defined standards and policies. You will review, translate, and validate descriptions, images, and attributes to support sales performance and customer experience across platforms.

You will work with Sourcing, Content, and Sales teams to maintain tone, branding, and accuracy while meeting tight deadlines and quality targets in a fast-paced travel technology environment.

Formación

• Proven experience in content management, localization, or QA.
• Strong attention to detail with large volumes of content.
• Experience with CMS and content platforms.
• Ability to meet deadlines and performance targets (T2M, translation output).
• Strategic, big-picture thinking and strong organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure all new products go live meeting content standards and style guidelines.
• Review product descriptions, structure, and image quality for consistency.
• Review and translate product content into native language with high linguistic quality.
• Ensure translations align with tone, branding, and internal guidelines.
• Validate product structure with loading teams.
• Identify and resolve content issues impacting customer experience.
• Collaborate with Sourcing, Content, and Sales to ensure content accuracy.
• Communicate priorities and resolve discrepancies with internal teams.
• Align weekly and quarterly plans with voucher and web information.
• Perform destination and product revisions to keep content compliant.
• Meet translation and content validation timelines (T2M).
• Update content timely for launches and modifications.
