J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc. in Queretaro seeks a detail-oriented clerical assistant to support multiple teams with high accuracy under direct supervision.

The role requires advanced English, a logistics-related bachelor’s degree from Mexico, and the ability to multitask and maintain precise records while providing timely load updates.

Workplace: Torre 2, Plaza Uptown Juriquilla, Queretaro. Schedule: Mon–Fri 7:00–14:00, Sat 8:00–15:00. Salary: 15,000 MXN/month before taxes, no bonus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field required.
• Advanced English proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Book loads and enter orders; schedule pickup and delivery; trace and obtain load updates.
• Assist internal customers with problems on loads and monitor freight in transit and appointment requests.
• Ensure shipping documents comply with import/export regulations of Border Customs.
• Perform general administrative duties; maintain records and files; compile and arrange data.
• Multitask, prioritize, learn new systems quickly; high accuracy in data processing.

Under direct supervision, this position is responsible for performing highly detailed clerical tasks and general clerical support to various

teams.

Advanced English.

Workplace: Torre 2, Plaza Uptown Juriquilla, Queretaro

Salary: $15,000 MXN per month before taxes, No bonus

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degrees related to logistics from Mexico.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM and Saturday 8 am to 3 pm with change on Daylight Saving Time (horario de Verano aun se aplica en EU.)

Key Responsibilities

• Book loads and enter orders tendered from customers. Schedule pick-up and delivery, trace and obtain load updates.
• Assist internal customers with problems on loads. Monitor freight in transit and customer location requests for appointments
• Ensures shipping documents are processed in accordance with import/export regulations of Border Customs
• Perform general administrative duties, clerical duties (processing and coding documents, maintaining records and files, etc.) and compile and arrange data.
• Ability to multitask, Ability to prioritize, Ability to quickly learn new systems, Keyboarding and typing, Ability to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations and provide excellent service, Ability to process information with high levels of accuracy.
