J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated clerical worker in Santiago de Querétaro. Responsibilities include scheduling loads, tracking delivery trailers, and nurturing customer relationships to ensure maximum satisfaction.

This in-person role requires attention to detail and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will help the company maintain excellent service levels and resolve customer disputes effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Accurately schedule and reschedule all loads awarded by the customer using proper reason codes to ensure timely delivery.
• Track trailer pools to see if customer has available empties to determine scheduling.
• Provide documentation to validate customer disputes.
• Monitor customer's freight for potential resets and reschedules.
• Resolve appointment requests for key customers with delivery dates within locked out areas.
• Build, maintain, and nurture relationships with new and existing customers.
• Communicate with customers to verify their product order and schedule an appointment for delivery.
