The role supports Dispatch, Customer Service, Maintenance and Planning with a focus on Texas and California border regions and Mexico.

Key duties include tracking and tracing shipments, coordinating cross-border moves, and ensuring timely customs and border processing.

Formación

• Bilingual Spanish-English proficiency.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of cross-border logistics, customs procedures, and documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Tracking and tracing shipments and coordinating cross-border moves.
• Support all departments including Customer Service, Dispatch, Maintenance and Planning.
• Ensure timely facilitation of customs and border processes.
