You’ll review contracts thoroughly, align expectations, and keep communication flowing across each stakeholder group. Every day, you’ll balance technical precision with commercial responsibility – making decisions that support safe, reliable, and efficient energy delivery. Whether managing Dress & Test (D&T) jobs or warranty work, your leadership will keep projects on track while opening new opportunities for growth in a rapidly expanding market.

How You’ll Make An Impact
  • Manage all phases of transformer service projects, including D&T and warranty work, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within scope, and on budget.
  • Develop detailed project plans and communication strategies to align customers and Siemens Energy stakeholders.
  • Review agreements, specifications, scope, and budgets to identify risks and ensure readiness before project launch.
  • Monitor labor, material costs, and productivity to maintain control and produce accurate forecasts of revenue and profit.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, field service teams, and internal groups to achieve successful project closure and handover.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or similar technical discipline preferred; Associate’s degree with transformer industry experience will be considered.
  • 5+ years’ experience in electrical installation or construction management, preferably with projects over $1 million in the transformer industry.
  • Proven leadership skills and a track record of collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in engineering, operations, logistics, and program management. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is preferred.
  • Experience in subcontractor management, risk management, project communications, commercial reporting, and closure processes.
  • Willing to travel 20% domestically and internationally.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
