Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or similar.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in training and development.
• Advanced English and confident delivering training and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead training strategy and planning; define objectives and budget.
• Design and deliver training programs; coordinate materials and onboarding.
• Track training effectiveness with indicators; maintain records and audit-ready data.
• Foster organizational culture and employee engagement through learning initiatives.
