Grupo Pesado Castro is seeking a Learning and Development Analyst to design, coordinate, and implement the annual training plan in alignment with business needs. You will maintain training records, assess needs, and ensure compliance withISO 14001, IATF 16949, and regulatory standards.

The role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and leadership abilities, with intermediate to advanced English.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational, planning, and implementation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 and Health, Safety & Environmental standards.
• Familiarity with IATF 16949 and automotive quality management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage the Annual Training Plan aligned with business needs.
• Maintain training records, attendance, certificates, and competency records.
• Identify, coordinate, and follow up on training needs to support development.
• Ensure compliance with training, regulatory, and internal standards.
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits related to training.
• Develop and implement training strategies to strengthen capabilities.
• Coordinate and monitor internal and external training programs and follow up.
• Supervise and coordinate assigned personnel to achieve objectives.
• Support general HR activities as needed.
