• 5+ years of Import/Export and Customs Compliance experience.
• Strong knowledge of IMMEX, Annex 24, Annex 30, VAT Certification, USMCA/T-MEC.
• Experience working with Customs Brokers.
• Advanced English.
• Advanced Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and monitor import, export, and virtual customs operations.
• Ensure compliance with Customs Law, IMMEX requirements, VAT Certification, and international trade regulations.
• Manage and control customs documentation and broker activities.
• Maintain and update Annex 24 Inventory Control Systems and related customs records.
• Validate certificates of origin and support Free Trade Agreement compliance.
• Coordinate customs payments, brokerage invoices, and duty reporting activities.
• Generate reports and monitor KPIs related to customs operations, costs, and trade compliance performance.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, Purchasing, Engineering, and external customs authorities to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.

Job Description

The Traffic Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and monitoring import and export operations, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, foreign trade laws, and company policies. This position manages customs documentation, supports foreign trade programs such as IMMEX and VAT Certification, maintains inventory control systems, and works closely with customs brokers, government authorities, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and compliant international trade operations. The role also supports continuous improvement initiatives, cost control, and reporting activities related to customs and foreign trade processes..

Responsibilities
