Vertiv in Reynosa, Mexico seeks a customs operations professional to coordinate import/export processes, manage annex compliance, and oversee related data and invoicing activities. The role includes auditing documents, training staff, and coordinating with internal teams on regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy of customs data and support the compliance area while supervising assigned personnel.

Formación

• Manage Annex 24, Annex 22, Annex 30 compliance.
• Handle shipping data processing and invoicing.
• Audit and validate customs documents.
• Ensure data quality and compliance across operations.
• Supervise assistants/clerks/coordinators and staff administration.

Job Description

Principal Activities

• Coordinate all Import/ Export Operations Internal & External.
• Management of the Annex 24, Annex 22, Annex 30
• Imports and Exports. (Raw material, Machinery and equipment, MRO’S, Chemicals, Finished goods, Reworks)
• Invoicing
• Day to day management of customs activities related to the implemented programs (Seals, plates, etc)
• Shipping Data Processing
• Customs documents audit and validation.
• Maintenance and enhancement of processes and procedures on operations activities.
• Training of customs related operational personnel.
• Day to day management of multiple customs optimization programs.
• Responsible for customs auditing
• Coordination of regulatory compliance in customs with other internal responsible parties
• Supervise work of assistants/clerks/coordinators.
• Ensure the quality (accuracy, completeness) of customs data.
• Support the efforts of the compliance area
