Amphenol TCS de México, S.A. de C.V. seeks a Trade Compliance Analyst to support international trade compliance programs, document control, and import/export operations.

You will handle returns, fixed‑asset controls, and coordination with the Foreign Trade Legal Compliance team. The role requires a Bachelor’s in International Trade, at least 3 years in IMMEX, and solid knowledge of customs declarations, MVE, and VAT certification.

Formación

  • Bachelor’s degree in International Trade (Customs & Trade Compliance).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IMMEX companies.
  • Knowledge of customs compliance management (customs declarations, annexes, supporting documentation, and MVE).
  • Knowledge of IMMEX, PROSEC, VAT certification, and Anexo 24/30 administration.
  • Intermediate English for interaction with U.S. customs broker and documentation.

Responsabilidades

  • Analyze and authorize weekly and monthly consolidated customs declarations (V1, RT, IN, A1).
  • Prepare invoices and support the authorization of customs declarations F4 and F5.
  • Prepare the Value Declaration (MVE) with complete supporting documentation.
  • Ensure proper IMMEX and PROSEC compliance including VAT certification.
  • Support internal training activities and guide teams on best compliance practices.
  • Manage customs compliance for fixed assets, including document control.
  • Collaborate with the Foreign Trade Legal Compliance Supervisor on Anexo 24 (Section C) and Anexo 30.
  • Prepare requisitions and purchase orders related to area activities.
  • Support traffic and customs activities as required by operations, closing needs, or audits.
  • Perform other activities assigned by the Traffic & Customs Manager / Trade Compliance.

Trade Compliance Analyst

Responsible for supporting all activities related to the company’s international trade compliance, ensuring the proper application of programs and regulations (IMMEX, PROSEC, VAT certification, and Anexo 24/30), as well as correct document management, control of import/export operations, and the handling of returns and fixed‑asset controls.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze and authorize weekly and monthly consolidated customs declarations (V1, RT, IN, A1), validating information and documentary consistency.
  • Prepare invoices and support the authorization of customs declarations F4 and F5, ensuring alignment with both commercial and customs data.
  • Prepare the Value Declaration (MVE) by applying the relevant criteria and ensuring supporting documentation is complete.
  • Ensure proper compliance with IMMEX and PROSEC, including compliance requirements related to VAT certification, according to internal guidelines and applicable regulations.
  • Support internal training activities and guide teams on best compliance practices (monitoring criteria and preventing errors).
  • Manage customs compliance for fixed assets, including document control and follow‑up on related operations.
  • Work with the Foreign Trade Legal Compliance Supervisor to support the correct administration and maintenance of Anexo 24 (Section C) and Anexo 30.
  • Prepare requisitions and purchase orders related to area activities (as applicable).
  • Support activities in the traffic and customs area as required by operations, closing needs, or audits.
  • Other activities assigned by the Traffic & Customs Manager / Trade Compliance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in International Trade (Customs & Trade Compliance).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IMMEX companies.
  • Knowledge of customs compliance management (customs declarations, annexes, supporting documentation, and MVE).
  • Knowledge of IMMEX, PROSEC, VAT certification, and administration of Anexo 24/30.
  • Intermediate English (for interaction with the U.S. customs broker and documentation).
  • Ability to manage priorities and meet operational/closing calendars.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Team‑oriented mindset and a preventive compliance approach.
  • Availability to work one Saturday per month (half shift), if applicable to operations.
