Viva is seeking a Total Rewards & Wellbeing Senior Manager to lead compensation, organizational structure, and wellbeing programs. You will ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and a compelling value proposition for a large workforce.

The ideal candidate has a business/finance background, advanced English, experience with 3,500+ employees, and expertise in job evaluations, benefits, and market surveys.

Formación

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or related fields.
• Master's degree desirable and certifications in variable compensation.
• Advanced English required.
• Experience in companies with 3,500+ employees.
• Experience defining compensation strategy for administrative and unionized personnel.
• Experience in internal equity, salary competitiveness, and flexible and tax-efficient benefits.
• Experience in job evaluations and organizational structure.
• Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of SAP 4/HANA and compensation models.
• Experience leading teams, with strong negotiation, decision-making, and results-oriented skills.
• Experience in annual renewals and broker negotiations for Major Medical Expense and Life Insurance policies.

Responsabilidades

• Defining strategies and practices for Total Compensation and Wellness.
• Administering total compensation: job evaluations, promotions, calculation of administrative bonuses and annual salary increases.
• Coordinating participation in market surveys and compensation studies, generating innovative benchmarking analyses.
• Participating in the renewal of Major Medical Expense and Life Insurance policies.
• Defining innovative communication strategies for compensation, wellness, and benefits offerings.
• Coordinating headcount and budget control.
• Participating in union negotiations.
