Ingredion Incorporated seeks a Procurement Execution Analyst to support US segments from our Mexico operations. The role focuses on transactional procurement, data updates, and policy adherence across regional plants, ensuring timely deliveries and compliant spend.

The candidate will collaborate with Buyers, share best practices, and help optimize procurement processes while maintaining strong supplier relationships in a manufacturing setting.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, supply chain, or related field.
• 1–2 years procurement experience in manufacturing is desirable.
• Fluency in the region language (written and spoken) and strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Process Purchase Orders for non‑MRP generated and services requisitions.
• Meet established KPI targets and timelines.
• Communicate with suppliers to follow up on orders and deliveries.
• Maintain supplier contact information and update vendor data as needed.
• Ensure compliance with key purchasing policies across the region.
• Coordinate with Procurement Operations to resolve issues and dependencies.
• Collaborate with AP to resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Share best practices with other buyers to optimize processes.

The Procurement Execution Analyst will be responsible for executing transactional procurement responsibilities in support of US segments. In addition, procurement analyst (US segments) will execute tasks to monitor, report, and comply with core procurement policies as well as master data updates requested by US segments in accordance with established KPI/SLA. The procurement analyst will partner with Buyers supporting other US plants and Mexico plants to share best practices, pool resources, and identify opportunities to enhance process, optimize spend, or reduce risk.

Core Responsibilities:

• Process Purchase Orders for Non-MRP generated and services Purchase Requisitions.
• Work to meet stablished KPI targets.
• If needed, conduct and field communications with suppliers for designated Purchase Orders to follow up for timely deliveries.
• Maintain supplier contact information updated in systems and stablish contact with VM to update vendor information when needed.
• Ensure key purchasing policies are adhered to.
• Liaise with Procurement Operations to resolve issues, risks, and dependencies related to Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Vendor Communications, and/or Vendor Invoices.
• Work with AP to resolve issues related to invoices discrepancies.
• Liaise with other buyers to share best practices, identify process opportunities, and share resources.

Qualified candidates will have:

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or related discipline
• Fluency in the language of the region they are working with (written and spoken)
• 1-2 year of procurement experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable.
• Knowledgeable and proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• SAP and SAP Ariba is a plus.
• Be customer service driven and understand the cultural and economic nuances of the region.
• Capacity to solve problems through creative, innovative solutions, and challenge traditional methods of accomplishing tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be detail-oriented and measurement-driven.
