Ingredion Incorporated is seeking a Total Rewards Analyst to provide specialized administration of compensation and benefits, owning continuous improvement, vendor management and operational reporting. The role interfaces with Business HR and CoEs to enhance services across regions, including US/Canada.

Job Description

The Analyst Total Rewards is responsible for providing functional expertise and specialized administration of compensation & benefits. They will own and deliver continuous improvement, vendor management, operational reporting, and service management. They will interface with Business HR and CoEs to continuously improve services.

Core Responsibilities
  • Compensations administration – Execute compensation processes between grade local to F, ad-hoc payments & BYOD for the US/CAN. Analyze job evaluations, administer equity reviews, job reclassifications, compensation adjustments, off-cycle salary increases, and market pricing.
  • Benefits administrations – Research, analyze, and resolve benefit issues or inquiries escalated by the Customer Service Rep./Functional Specialists and other stakeholders for the US/CAN. Administer benefits including eligibility audits, new hire and new enrollment audits, termination, and life event changes, benefits reimbursement, only for the US/Canada.
  • Audit processing – Work together with the Business HR and audits AIP Bonus Plan, request changes if necessary.
  • Local transfer management – Assist with the benefits transfer process for employees transferring in and out of state or country (only for Canada).
  • Retirement management – Manage retirement, retirement plan administration, quality control audits oversight, and implementation on plan design changes for the US/Canada.
  • Benefits administration – Work with vendors to plan, administer, and resolve benefit, and retirement for the US/Canada.
  • Compensations administration – Work together with the Business HR and CoE to continuously improve compensation & benefits administration processes, procedures, and technologies.
  • Benefits management– Manage Benefits, Achieve Recognition and Global Mobility Invoices payment and follow up of each payment (Benefits only for the US/CAN).
Qualified candidates will have
Mandatory requirements
  • University Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 2 to 4 years service center experience with direct customer interaction.
  • Familiar with total rewards tools and processes preferred.
  • Proven time management skills, and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Ability to quickly comprehend requirements and carry out transactions in accordance with set standards.
  • Ability to establish effective professional working relationships.
  • Problem-solving skills and a customer service orientation.
  • Able to run reports and interpret data to conduct analysis.
  • Consistent exercise of judgment and escalation as necessary to resolve problems.
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and personal accountability.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit.
  • Proficient use of applicable technology and MS Office.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
  • Multi-lingual fluency: English (Required) plus one or more of the following: Spanish, Portuguese.
  • Limited travel. May require non-standard work hours.
