Ingredion Incorporated is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Digital Solutions & Workday Operations in Guadalajara, hybrid. You will optimize our HR tech stack, drive data-driven decisions and enhance employee experiences.

Responsibilities include administrating Workday HCM, managing integrations, and supporting Kronos Time & Attendance, while mentoring teammates and delivering reliable HR analytics.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, Business, Technology or related field.
• 3+ years in Workday HCM or comparable HR platform.
• Strong English communication and analytical skills.
• Experience with HR technology integrations and data loads.

Responsabilidades

• Support Workday HCM administration: Core HCM, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Learning, Absence.
• Manage Workday security, integrations, EIBs, data loads, audits, testing and releases.
• Support UKG Kronos Time & Attendance operations and troubleshoot issues.
• Develop reports, dashboards and analytics for HR decision-making.
• Participate in HR tech implementations and continuous improvement.
• Coach junior team members and document processes.

Make an Impact

We're looking for a highly analytical and customer-focused Sr. Analyst, Digital Solutions & Workday Operations to support and optimize our global HR technology ecosystem. In this role, you will serve as a key contributor in the administration, enhancement, and support of Workday HCM, Time & Attendance, and Payroll systems. You will partner closely with HR Centers of Excellence, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver an exceptional employee experience while ensuring the reliability, integrity, and effectiveness of our HR platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, working with HR technology, and driving continuous improvement through data and process optimization.

What will you do

• Support the administration and optimization of Workday HCM, including Core HCM, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Learning, and Absence Management.
• Manage Workday security, integrations, EIBs, data loads, audits, testing activities, and release support.
• Support UKG Kronos Time & Attendance operations and troubleshoot system and integration issues.
• Develop and enhance reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR decision-making.
• Participate in HR technology implementations, system enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with HR teams, stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver an exceptional employee experience.
• Coach junior team members and contribute to knowledge management and process documentation.

What you will bring: Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience supporting Workday HCM or a comparable HCM platform.
• Experience with Workday HCM processes, reporting, EIBs, integrations, and security administration.
• Knowledge of payroll and/or time and attendance systems.
• Experience working in a service center or customer-facing support environment.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical/problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting UKG Kronos.
• Workday certification and/or advanced Workday Reporting experience.
• Experience with HR technology implementations, upgrades, and testing activities.
• Experience with ServiceNow or other case management platforms.
• Knowledge of GDPR and HR data privacy practices.
• Experience supporting HR technology change management initiatives.
• Exposure to ERP systems and enterprise applications.
