Job summary

Tinuiti (Mexico) is seeking a Client Partner Account Associate to help manage multi-channel digital marketing accounts, coordinate program activities, and analyze data to deliver actionable insights for clients. The role requires strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and the ability to work closely with SEM, SEO, Social, and Display teams in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

The position offers a flexible hybrid model with regular in-office collaboration at the Reforma, CDMX office two days

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of multi-channel digital marketing experience
• Familiarity with multiple digital platforms and how they work together
• Google analytics experience preferred
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across clients, multiple partner relationships, and internal initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with external and internal teams.
• Proficient in analyzing data and using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions.

Responsibilities

• Account Management: Assist in the management of client accounts, ensuring that all client requests and queries are addressed promptly and effectively.
• Program Support: Coordinate project activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and clients.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze client data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Prepare reports and presentations that deliver insights to both clients and internal teams.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with channel teams to ensure that client solutions are aligned with overall business goals
• Client Contribution: Assist Client Partner team with client deliverables and updates on project progress, ensuring that clients receive timely updates on project progress and outcomes.
