Senior Specialist, Knowledge Management (Technology, Media, and Telecom)

Join Bain & Company as a Senior Specialist, Knowledge Management (Technology, Media, and Telecom).

This full-time role supports our Technology, Media, and Telecom (TMT) Practice, primarily in the Americas region, with a focus on the technology sector (including Software, Hardware, Cloud, and related areas) and some involvement in media. The role reports to the Global TMT Knowledge Manager.

Responsibilities

1. Equip Partners and consulting staff with relevant expertise and resources, sharing curated Bain content, connecting experts within Bain, and collaborating with Information Services or Practice Centers of Excellence.
2. Lead the capture and sharing of practice knowledge, including processing knowledge onto our global intranet, identifying content gaps, and managing metadata for search and analytics.
3. Package and codify Bain's best thinking into insights, develop new content, and manage practice intranet pages.
4. Oversee Knowledge Associates in maintaining the knowledge base and use AI tools to enhance work processes.
5. Contribute to practice strategy, analyze performance drivers, support content planning, and drive engagement.
6. Participate in team initiatives, provide coaching, and manage work plans for junior team members.

Qualifications

• BA or equivalent undergraduate degree with strong academic credentials.
• Preferred 3+ years of professional experience.
• Interest and experience in Technology and Media sectors, with knowledge of industry trends.
• Strong analytical skills, innovative problem-solving, and familiarity with AI tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Must work from the Mexico City GBS office three days a week.
