Parker Hannifin in Toluca, Mexico seeks a technically skilled sales professional to drive growth across Parker cylinders and valves. You will manage assigned distributors and customers, deliver engineering insights, and coordinate with OEMs to secure orders and long‑term partnerships.

The role requires strong consultative selling, territorial planning, and the ability to travel within the region, with fluent English in professional settings.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Experience in sales, territory management, business development, or key account management.
• Ability to understand technical applications and communicate with engineering and commercial stakeholders.
• Proficient in English for professional communication.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve budgeted sales targets and increase market share for Parker cylinders and valves.
• Develop and execute territory and account growth plans across customers, distributors, OEMs, markets, and sales channels.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by locating potential customers and promoting Parker motion and control solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, direct accounts, and key stakeholders through visits and ongoing support.
• Lead consultative sales efforts by understanding customer needs and recommending Parker solutions.
• Manage full sales cycle from opportunity to order, delivery, and account development.
• Provide field technical support and promote new products and integrated solutions.
• Deliver technical training, courses, and webinars to distributors and customers.
• Follow up on quotations, POs, delivery, and payment status to ensure customer satisfaction.
