Parker Hannifin Corp in Toluca, Mexico seeks a results-driven Field Sales Engineer focused on Parker cylinders and valves. You will provide technical advice, support distributors and customers, and drive new business through proper product selection and application guidance.

In this role you will manage assigned accounts in the North Zone, develop growth plans, build relationships, and lead consultative sales from discovery to order.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in sales, territory management, business development, or key account management.
• Ability to understand technical applications and communicate with engineering and commercial stakeholders.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing account plans, sales pipelines, forecasts, and CRM activity.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Proficient in English, with professional/technical communication.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve budgeted sales targets and grow market share for Parker cylinders and valves product lines.
• Develop territory and account growth plans across customers, distributors, OEMs, markets, and sales channels.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by locating potential customers, expanding product presence, and promoting Parker motion and control solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, direct accounts, and key customer stakeholders through regular visits and proactive follow-up.
• Lead consultative sales efforts by understanding customer needs and challenges, recommending Parker solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification and customer discovery through product selection, quotation, negotiation, order placement, delivery follow-up, and ongoing account development.
• Provide field technical support.
• Promote new products and integrated solutions.
• Deliver technical training, courses, and webinars to distributors and customers.
• Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, delivery commitments, and customer payment status to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with commercial requirements.
• Support profitable growth by balancing revenue expansion, margin performance, customer value, inventory availability, and long-term strategic fit.
