Parker Hannifin Corp is seeking a field-based sales engineer in the Toluca region to deliver technical sales support for Parker cylinders, valves and motion control solutions. You will focus on distributors and customers, driving sales through proper product selection, application support and technical guidance.

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering or related field.
• Proven sales, territory management, business development or key account experience.
• Ability to understand technical applications and communicate with engineering and commercial stakeholders.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing account plans, sales pipelines, forecasts, and CRM activity.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
• Proficient in English for professional communication.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve budgeted sales targets and grow market share for Parker cylinders and valves.
• Develop and execute territory and account growth plans across distributors, OEMs and customers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by expanding Parker presence.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, direct accounts and stakeholders.
• Lead consultative sales efforts by understanding customer needs and recommending Parker solutions.
• Manage full sales cycle from opportunity to order and follow-up.
• Provide field technical support and promote new products and integrated solutions.
• Deliver technical training, courses and webinars to distributors and customers.
