PPG is seeking a Territory Leader in Pachuca to develop relationships and drive sales for the COMEX brand with our dealers. You will report to the Architectural coating team as part of the Sales structure for PPG Mexico.

Lead regional training, negotiate commercial terms, visit points of sale, and analyze market trends to improve performance and customer experience. A Bachelor's degree and English fluency are required, with 3 years in commercial roles and 3 years in leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3 years of proven experience in commercial, retail or technical knowledge of a product.
• 3 years with management skills such as information analysis and negotiation.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with the Training Center to tailor programs to the area and dealer structure.
• Develop strategy and commercial agreements with the dealer, negotiate POS improvements, openings, field sales team and productivity bonuses.
• Make visits to assigned points of sale and to external customers.
• Monitor service level and customer experience, analyze market data and add indicators to track POS behavior.
