PPG Mexico is seeking a Territory Leader to develop relationships and sales results for the COMEX brand, working with dealers to grow sales. The role reports to the Architectural Coatings team within the Mexico Sales structure and is located in Cd del Carmen Campeche.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree, advanced English, and 3+ years in commercial/retail or technical product knowledge, plus 3+ years in management, analytics, and negotiation. Travel to dealers and customers is expected.

Formación

Bachelor's degree required.
Advanced English proficiency required.
3+ years of experience in commercial, retail or technical knowledge of a product.
3+ years in a role with management, information analysis and negotiation.

Responsabilidades

Coordinate with the training center to plan programs for the area and dealers.
Develop strategy and commercial agreements with dealers; negotiate POS improvements and productivity bonuses.
Make visits to assigned points of sale and to external customers.
Monitor service levels and POS performance; analyze market behavior and add indicators.
