PPG is seeking a Self-service sales executive based in Morelos, Mexico. You will develop sales and marketing strategies based on regional analysis and report to the Commercial Manager of Channels for Architectural Coatings Latin America.

You will lead field teams, guide store personnel, manage sales information, and drive the portfolio execution across stores in your charge. The role emphasizes negotiation, leadership and data-driven decision making.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent completed.
• Proficient in Excel with pivot tables, filters and formulas.
• Minimum 1 year experience managing personnel.
• Average 4–5 store visits per day.
• Negotiation, leadership and analytical skills.

As a Self-service sales executive you will produce the sales and marketing strategy based on the analysis of information in the area.

You will report to Comercial Manager of Channels for the Architectural Coatings Latin America structure.

This role is based in Morelos, Mexico

Key Responsibilities

• You will achieve the goals of the area.
• You will manage and guide the personnel in charge at the points of sale.
• You will handle sales information.
• You will ensure the movement and execution of the portfolio of the stores in your charge.
• You will manage personnel, overseeing advisors in sales and trade marketing strategies.
• You will prepare reports on results and sales closing (on the mobile platform): inventories, budgets, store checklists (image, codes, shrinkage).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent completed
• Office skills: intermediate excel: pivot tables, filters, formulas / smart phone.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions managing personnel.
• Average number of visits 4 to 5 stores per day.
• Some of the qualities you would have to have been negotiation, leadership and analysis.
