PPG in Cd del Carmen Campeche, Mexico, is seeking a Territory Leader to drive relationships and sales for the COMEX brand with our dealer network.

The role involves developing strategic plans, negotiating commercial terms, visiting points of sale and external customers, and tracking market indicators to boost growth. Advanced English is required. Experience in sales leadership and analytics will help you succeed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and advanced level of English.
• 3 years of proven experience in commercial, retail or technical knowledge of a product.
• 3+ years with management skills such as information analysis and negotiation.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate training programs with the Important Training Center according to area needs and dealership structure.
• Build strategy and commercial agreement together with the dealer, negotiate improvements in points of sale, openings, field sales team and productivity bonuses.
• Make visits to the assigned points of sale and visit external customers.
• Monitor the level of service and experience compared to end customers, analyze the market, add indicators to understand the behavior of the point of sale.
