PPG Mexico is seeking a Territory Leader to develop relationships and sales results for the COMEX brand, working with dealers to grow sales. The role reports to the Architectural Coatings team within the Mexico Sales structure and is located in Cd del Carmen Campeche.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree, advanced English, and 3+ years in commercial/retail or technical product knowledge, plus 3+ years in management, analytics, and negotiation. Travel to dealers and customers is expected.

• 3+ years in a role with management, information analysis and negotiation.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with the training center to plan programs for the area and dealers.
• Develop strategy and commercial agreements with dealers; negotiate POS improvements and productivity bonuses.
• Make visits to assigned points of sale and to external customers.
• Monitor service levels and POS performance; analyze market behavior and add indicators.

As a Territory Leader you will develop relationships and sales results for the COMEX brand, working with our dealers to improve sales growth. You will report to the Architectural coating team as part of the Sales structure for #PPG Mexico. This position is located in Cd del Carmen Campeche

Key Responsibilities

• You will coordinate with the Important Training Center the training programs according to the needs of the area and the structure of the dealership.
• You will build the strategy and commercial agreement together with the dealer, negotiate improvements in points of sale, openings, field sales team and productivity bonuses.
• You will make visits to the assigned points of sale and visit external customers.
• You will monitor the level of service and experience compared to end customers, analyze the market, add indicators to understand the behavior of the point of sale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and advanced level of English.
• 3 years of proven experience in commercial, retail or technical knowledge of a product.
• 3+ years with management skills such as information analysis and negotiation.
