Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a Field Sales Engineer in Toluca, Mexico to provide technical advice and product support for Parker cylinders and valves. The role focuses on generating sales through proper product selection, application guidance, and building trust with distributors and customers.

You will manage assigned accounts from initial technical consultation through full satisfaction, with regular visits, field support, and thorough understanding of customer needs to drive market penetration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, mechatronics, automotive or electromechanical engineering.
• Proven experience in sales, territory management or key account management.
• Ability to understand technical applications and communicate with engineering and commercial stakeholders.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, presentation and relationship building skills.
• Experience managing account plans, sales pipelines and CRM activity.
• Willingness to travel within territory and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Achieve budgeted sales targets and increase market share for Parker cylinders and valves.
• Develop and execute territory and account growth plans across distributors, OEMs, and markets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and promote Parker solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, direct accounts, and key stakeholders.
• Lead consultative sales by understanding customer needs and recommending Parker solutions.
• Manage full sales cycle from inquiry to order placement and follow-up.
