IBM Consulting in Mexico is seeking a Telecom Analyst to support the management and optimization of telecommunications services, ensuring accurate invoice processing, billing validation, inventory control, and vendor coordination.

You will collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Delivery teams, and external partners to ensure telecom expenses are accurately managed and aligned with operational requirements, using SAP, Excel, and TEM tools.

Formación

• Experience in telecommunications billing operations including Wireless and Wireline services.
• Experience with invoice validation, reconciliation, tracking and dispute resolution.
• Experience managing telecom inventory including account, service and asset validation.
• Hands-on experience with SAP, Microsoft Excel, and TEM platforms (Tangoe or similar).
• Strong analytical skills to analyze large billing and inventory data and identify root causes.

Responsabilidades

• The Telecom Analyst is responsible for supporting the management and optimization of telecommunications services by ensuring accurate invoice processing, billing validation, inventory control, vendor coordination, and operational reporting.
• This role ensures visibility and control over telecom expenses, supports business continuity, and enables cost optimization through data management, issue resolution, and collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• The Telecom Analyst will work closely with Finance, Procurement, Delivery teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure telecom services and expenses are accurately managed and aligned with operational requirements.
