bp is expanding its Business and Technology Centre in Santa Fe, Mexico City, to support enhanced customer experiences and global capabilities. The External Processing Agent will manage centralized billing, review third-party invoices, and ensure timely payment to service providers in TA's eShop system.

This role is hybrid (office/remote) with a schedule that may require weekend flexibility. Strong English skills and prior billing experience are essential for success in this fast-paced

Formación

• Must have strong English proficiency (written and verbal).
• High School degree required; College preferred.
• Two years of relevant business experience, preferably in a dispatch/service environment.
• Central billing experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Windows-based Excel and the Truck Service System.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and review Emergency Roadside Assistance invoices from third-party vendors.
• Close ERA events in Reach platform and detail Truck Service invoices.
• Process payments to vendors and upload invoices into TA eShop system.
• Submit invoices to customers and issue POs in Truck Service System.
• Follow up with vendors to close open work orders.
