Red Hat is seeking a Telco Consultant to join our LATAM team. You will implement, optimize, and support Red Hat infrastructure across client environments, ensuring performance and reliability.

You will work closely with clients in Spanish, English, and Portuguese to deliver high-value outcomes. You will lead platform assessments, carry out patches and upgrades, and provide proactive maintenance, with a focus on capacity planning and security.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in Spanish (native or professional) with English and Portuguese.
• Experience implementing, managing and supporting Red Hat technologies (RHEL, OpenShift, OpenStack).
• Strong Linux scripting/automation experience (Bash, Python, Ansible).
• Good communication, customer-facing skills, and travel readiness.

Responsabilidades

• Lead solution implementation and optimization of Red Hat infrastructure for telco clients.
• Provide consulting, troubleshooting, and best-practice guidance to ensure platform stability.
• Perform proactive maintenance, security hardening, and capacity planning for platforms.
• Assess telco platforms, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements.
• Coordinate patches, upgrades, and maintenance with clients to minimize disruption.
• Document environments, share progress reports, and deliver measurable value to clients.
• Stay current with industry trends and share knowledge with clients and team.
