Formación

• Experience designing and implementing complex solutions that contribute to revenue growth.
• Led consultative engagements with customers to address business challenges.
• Elicits and translates complex functional and non-functional requirements into actionable solutions.
• Proficient in estimating LOE and project effort using metrics.
• Deep knowledge of Red Hat product portfolio and its applications.

Responsabilidades

• Supports development and review of complex task lists with expert guidance on scoping.
• Leads multiple engagements or work streams on complex engagements as trusted advisor.
• Guides pilot and production deployments, ensuring successful integration of Red Hat solutions.
• Mentors junior team members and fosters professional development.
• Addresses technical challenges with creative solutions to mitigate risk.
• Champions Red Hat Services Portfolio and integrates it into customer solutions.
• Provides feedback to internal teams influencing product and service enhancements.
• Leads internal initiatives that foster innovation and growth within Services.
