• Provide first-level technical support to end users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
• Perform preventive maintenance on computer systems and network devices.
• Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
• Assist with software installations, updates, and system upgrades.
• Document technical issues and solutions in the ticketing system.
• Support network connectivity and basic infrastructure maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards.
• Collaborate with other IT team members on projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
