Crunchyroll, LLC in Mexico City, Mexico is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager, Technology, to own the technology category strategy across cloud infrastructure, content delivery networks, hosting, SaaS, and security. You will translate strategic objectives into category plans, supplier evaluations, and governance routines that support Product, Engineering, IT, Security, Finance, Legal, and AP.

This is an individual-contributor role where impact comes through cross-functional execution.

Competenze

• 5+ years of strategic sourcing, category management, procurement, or vendor-management experience, including 4+ years supporting technology categories.
• Led RFx events, supplier selection, commercial negotiations, and contract reviews for software subscriptions, cloud or infrastructure services, technical services, outsourced support, or managed-service providers.
• Understand technology commercial models including SaaS subscription terms, cloud or consumption-based pricing, SLAs, and renewal mechanics.
• Able to analyze spend, invoices, renewal, usage, and supplier-performance data to determine sourcing strategy and next steps.

Mansioni

• Define and execute the technology category strategy, including supplier segmentation, spend baselining, renewal planning, and multi-year roadmaps across engineering, product, enterprise technology, and IT needs.
• Lead complex sourcing events, supplier selection, negotiations, and contract/SOW reviews with cross-functional requirements.
• Determine methods, evaluation criteria, and stakeholder decision paths for new technology sourcing assignments.
• Improve sourcing governance by partnering with Finance, Legal, Security, and AP to reduce non-PO purchasing and standardize intake.
• Create supplier-management playbooks for renewals, business reviews, usage analysis, risk escalation, and service continuity.
• Turn data on invoices, contracts, usage, and supplier performance into recommendations for stakeholders.
