Qualcomm Intl Inc., Mexico Branch Office is seeking an experienced IT Sourcing professional to own a portfolio of IT sourcing initiatives and lead end-to-end Source-to-Contract processes in a Mexico City office.

You will develop category and negotiation strategies in partnership with IT, Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders, balancing technology, risk, and total cost while delivering measurable savings and value.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 6+ years of sourcing or related experience.
• Associate’s degree with 8+ years of sourcing or related experience.
• High School Diploma with 10+ years of sourcing or related experience.
• Advanced degrees may substitute for up to two years of experience.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with IT, Finance, Legal and business leaders to align sourcing outcomes with priorities and roadmaps.
• Build and execute IT sourcing strategies to maximize value, manage risk and support objectives.
• Lead RFx events end-to-end: scope, tender creation, evaluate proposals, negotiate and award.
• Use spend analytics and cost models to present decision-ready options with clear trade-offs.
• Negotiate and contract in line with corporate standards to mitigate risk and protect value.
• Drive cross-functional execution and negotiations; anticipate impacts from changing requirements.
• Make sound decisions on complex issues and communicate risks and next steps.
• Manage a portfolio of sourcing projects and drive best-practice adoption.
