Job summary

Thomson Reuters México is seeking an IT Sourcing Analyst to support negotiations and management of technology agreements across software, services, infrastructure and hardware. The role partners with Legal, Privacy, Information Security, Finance, and business stakeholders to review and finalize contracts, while driving cost-saving opportunities and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• 1+ years in IT sourcing, procurement, vendor management or related field.
• Experience with Software, Technology Services, Infrastructure, Hardware sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support negotiations for software, technology services, infrastructure and hardware agreements.
• Manage IT vendor contracts and renewals for competitive pricing and favorable terms.
• Analyze spend, contracts, suppliers, and market conditions to inform sourcing strategies.
• Collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Information Security, Finance, and stakeholders to finalize documents (MSAs, DPAs, SOWs, orders).
• Support transformation of IT sourcing practices and manage a pipeline of sourcing opportunities.
