Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of Sourcing or related work experience.
• Associate's degree and 8+ years of Sourcing or related work experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent and 10+ years of Sourcing or related work experience.
• Advanced degrees may substitute for up to two years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops and improves sourcing processes, frameworks, and tools for Professional Services categories.
• Leads category and sourcing strategies aligned with objectives and supplier engagement models.
• Partners with internal stakeholders to provide data‑driven sourcing options and recommendations.
• Performs spend, market, and supplier analysis to identify risks and cost optimization opportunities.
• Defines and executes contract and negotiation strategies with Legal, Finance, and partners.
• Collaborates cross‑functionally to execute sourcing initiatives and manage risks.
