Jobtailor in Mexico City seeks an experienced technical specialist to support the US and Canada as part of the Tech Center. You will assist with solution design and review, answer technical questions, and help drive deliverables that meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities include developing technical designs, installing and updating system applications, and producing documentation for teams and customers. Strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders are essential for success.

Formación

• 3–5 years of technical experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent).
• Without a degree, 2 additional years of relevant experience for 5–7 total years.
• Strong ability to contribute to deliverable design and documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Support the US and Canada as part of the Tech Center.
• Assist with Solution Design & Review.
• Answer technical questions and resolve product issues.
• Develop and document technical designs meeting customer requirements.
• Install, update, and test system applications, firmware, and drivers.
• Create technical documentation for teams and customers.
• Collaborate with technical leads and customer representatives.
