Jobtailor is seeking an experienced IT Application Support specialist to join our Global IT team in Mexico City. You will handle 2nd/3rd level support, manage incidents, and drive system integrations and deployments with enterprise applications.

You will collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams, document processes, and ensure continuous improvement while delivering excellent user satisfaction. Strong communication and multi-stakeholder coordination are essential.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, information systems, or equivalent work experience.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of system integrations, APIs, and EDI concepts.
Understanding of transportation and logistics processes is preferred.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Fluent English communication skills.
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT application support, systems administration, or a related role.
Experience supporting enterprise applications in a complex environment.

Responsabilidades

Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for incidents, service requests, and application-related issues.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot to ensure stability and user satisfaction.
Configure and maintain applications per business requirements and support updates and releases.
Participate in implementation projects for strategic accounts, including configuration, testing, and go-live.
Design, document, and support integrations using APIs, EDI, and other interfaces.
Collaborate with business users, project teams, IT colleagues, and vendors to deliver solutions.
Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions and improvements.
Provide user support, knowledge sharing, and training as needed.
Maintain technical documentation, configuration guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
Support application lifecycle management and contribute to continuous improvement.
Manage incidents, change requests, and enhancements with external vendors.
Communicate timely about known issues, planned maintenance, and changes.
