Key duties include developing customer contact plans, monitoring the CRM system, resolving complex issues, and building strong internal and external relationships to drive client satisfaction and retention.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree or Level 6 qualification is required.
• Experience in customer service or similar field.
• Technical knowledge of products and services.
• Strong relationship management skills.
