Wesco International, Inc. is seeking a Lead Specialist - Technology Support Services in Mexico City, offering hybrid work. You will advise on advanced technologies for CSS, EES, UBS sales teams and support large, global opportunities.

Require 9+ years in design/implementation, strong Visio/AutoCAD/iBwave/JVSG skills and travel readiness. The role involves training, vendor liaison and delivering technical demonstrations to customers and partners.

Formación

Associate degree or college diploma in a technical field; commensurate experience.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical/engineering discipline preferred.
9+ years in design/implementation/commissioning in technical environments.
5+ years designing with Visio, AutoCAD 2D, JVSG or iBwave.
BICSI RCDD and NTS/OSP/DCDC credentials preferred.
Customer-centric mindset with strong MS Office skills.
Willingness to travel 10–25%.

Responsabilidades

Establish credibility with end users and deliver value as the technical liaison.
Provide BOMs, designs (Visio/CAD/iBwave/JVSG) and specs meeting client needs.
Act as a technical advisor to sales teams and align with business leaders.
Leverage GTRC and Solutions Support to scale, improving turnaround time.
Participate in advanced training and earn credentials relevant to discipline.
Liaise with TAP manufacturers to specify vendor products when appropriate.
Deliver presentations and hands-on training in client meetings and events.
