ENERCON - Sweden is seeking a seasoned project leader to drive complex wind energy technology projects. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams through planning, concept development, validation, and handover for product integration, ensuring on‑time delivery, budget control, and quality across the program.

• Requires degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or comparable field.
• Several years of experience in managing complex projects, preferably with a project management certification.
• Extensive expertise in wind turbines or wind energy technologies.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Strong quality awareness and assertiveness.
• Very good command of English and German with intercultural experience.

Your Qualifications

• Degree (Diploma or Master’s) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in managing complex projects, preferably with a project management certification
• Extensive expertise and many years of practical experience in the development of wind turbines or wind energy technologies
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
• Strong quality awareness and assertiveness
• Very good command of English and German, combined with intercultural experience
