ENERCON is seeking a Senior Module Integrator (m/f/d) to align interdisciplinary R&D, service, production and installation requirements and translate them into 3D geometrical models. You will act as a strategic interface between Program Management, Core Technologies and PLM Governance,推动对模块化产品结构的应用和推广。

You will organize weekly GSI sessions, address workload escalations to the Department Head, and contribute to continuous improvements of modular design across the wind energy platform.

Formación

• Technical study or equivalent technician experience in this field.
• Experience as a designer with core design principles.
• Experience creating modular product structures and functional units.

Responsabilidades

• Align interdisciplinary team requirements to define CAD/Mechanic interfaces.
• Translate requirements into geometrical specs for visualising turbine needs in 3D.
• Serve as strategic interface between Program Management, Core Technologies and PLM Governance.
• Resolve conflicts in applying Modular Product Structure and promote rollout.
• Identify improvements for the Modular Product Structure.
• Organise and document weekly GSI meetings and escalations to Department Head.

Senior Module Integrator (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Alignment of interdisciplinary team requirements from R&D, Service, Production and Installation to define main CAD/Mechanic interfaces
• Collect and translate requirements into geometrical requirements in order visualise turbine requirements into the 3D model
• Strategic interface between Program Management, Core Technologies and PLM Governance teams
• Resolve conflicts regarding the application of the Modular Product Structure and promote its use and rollout throughout R&D
• Identify potential for improvements to the Modular Product Structure
• Organise, moderate and document the GSI (Geometrical System Integration) weekly Jour fixe and further GSI synchro points, escalating workload requirements to Department Head.

Qualifications

• Technical study, or alternative work as technician in this field with extended experience
• Previous experience as a designer and understand core design principles
• Experience in creating and cutting functional units / modules (design solutions) and creating modular product structures
• Good Knowledge of CAD and PLM Tools (Siemens Teamcenter & NX is preferred)
• Team-oriented personality with good moderation skills and the will to move things forward
• Good English and German language skills for business environment
