ENERCON - Sweden is seeking a seasoned project leader to drive complex wind energy technology projects. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams through planning, concept development, validation, and handover for product integration, ensuring on‑time delivery, budget control, and quality across the program.

Formación

• Requires degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or comparable field.
• Several years of experience in managing complex projects, preferably with a project management certification.
• Extensive expertise in wind turbines or wind energy technologies.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Strong quality awareness and assertiveness.
• Very good command of English and German with intercultural experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex, cross‑functional technology projects for wind energy systems.
• Achieve project goals and technology readiness through planning, concept development, and validation up to handover for product integration.
• Ensure transparency of project progress, early identification of challenges, and initiation of appropriate countermeasures.
• Take responsibility for on‑time delivery of project results, as well as for budget and quality.
