Honeywell's VE/CE COE leadership role in the Americas requires guiding a Cross Functional VE/CE team to deliver productivity improvements and quality enhancements across major programs. You will align stakeholders and mentor a talented engineering workforce to meet evolving customer needs.

Formación

• Engineering degree (Bachelor/Master) required.
• 10+ years in Value/Component Engineering projects.
• Solid knowledge on PMC and/or HGAS product portfolio.
• Experience in industrial large global organization.
• Exceptional Change, Process, Data and Analytics skills.
• Experience in Hardware as well as Software.
• 10+ years in Honeywell-relevant business areas (HBT, SPS, AERO, HPS).
• DFSS Green Belt certification.

Working in tandem with GBE's Engineering and Procurement teams, the VE/CE COE is a global entity tasked with the critical mission of enhancing product margins and driving productivity, thereby securing Honeywell's competitive edge in the global market. Our mandate spans across all Strategic Business Groups (SBGs), with the exception of AERO, ensuring that value engineering and component engineering principles are consistently applied to deliver tangible savings and superior products. As a hub of flexibility and rapid adaptation, the VE/CE COE is Honeywell's strategic response to the "ever-evolving" marketplace demands.
You will be part of the IA/PA VE/CE COE leadership team leading a Cross Functional VE/CE team within the Americas region to deliver productivity results to sustain Honeywell growth in the marketplace.
You will be accountable for cross functional and business alignment, driving strategic initiatives, to improve productivity & to increase quality of the end products, as well as leading and develop a talented engineering team of professionals and supervisors. You will strategically plan and lead large teams involved in major programs and strategic initiatives.
You will leverage your technical experience and skills to guide teams in the investigation and solution of challenging technical problems.
You will lead, empower, and motivate engineering teams responsible for the design and development of products and systems that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Engineering degree (Bachelor /Master)
• 10+ years' experience managing, ideating and executing Value Engineering and Component Engineering projects
• Solid knowledge on PMC and / or HGAS product portfolio
• Experience in an industrial environment of large global organization
• Exceptional Change, Process, Data and Analytics Skills
• Solid knowledge of specific product and process technologies or broad knowledge of multiple processes and systems
• Experience in Hardware as well as Software
• 10+ years of experience in any business aligned to Honeywell relevance (HBT, SPS, AERO, HPS)
• DFSS Green Belt
