Honeywell seeks a senior leader to head the Value Engineering and Component Engineering Center of Excellence. You will manage the Americas VE/CE team, drive annual targets, and lead initiatives to expand margins across Honeywell’s global products.

Strong change, data analytics, and cross-functional collaboration are essential. The role requires extensive experience in both hardware and software within large global operations and a proven track record in delivering strategic improvements.

Formación

• Must have engineering degree (Bachelor/Master).
• 10+ years of experience managing, ideating and executing Value Engineering and Component Engineering projects.
• Solid knowledge on PMC and/or HGAS product portfolio.
• Experience in an industrial environment of a large global organization.
• Exceptional Change, Process, Data and Analytics Skills.
• Solid knowledge of product and process technologies or broad knowledge of multiple processes and systems.
• Experience in Hardware as well as Software.
• 10+ years of experience in Honeywell-relevant business (HBT, SPS, AERO, HPS).
• DFSS Green Belt

Responsabilidades

• Manage the Americas VE/CE Team process engineering team.
• Deliver the yearly targets for Value Engineering and Component Engineering for the GBE.
• Address the need to expand key product margins.
• Assess and benchmark current state end to end processes through value stream mapping and identify opportunities to gain efficiencies via automation, digitization, simulation, or re-engineering.
• Drive cross-functional and business alignment, driving strategic initiatives with factories to improve productivity and expand margins.
• Drive change and maturity across different processes.
• Deliver, baseline and measure success on strategic initiatives.
• Lead a team of high performing engineers, with people management and coaching responsibilities.
• Develop training plans for the TRR and People Competency Development.
